We’re pleased to announce that the service that our application communicates with, DatumDroid API, located at api.datumdroid.com is already open source, even before the application has been released! And you could use it for your own very project! You can browse the source on Github, watch it or fork it or anything. It’s GPLv3. Now why did we make it open source, why not keep it closed? Because we believe in open source. The idea that someone could actually use something that we’ve made, and improve it, and possibly contribute back to the original project, is thrilling and we would really like if that happens!
